Excercise ClassesState of the Heart Fitness & it’s staff teach a variety of exercise classes at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel ranging from water aerobics, spinning/cycling, yoga, pilates, and strength conditioning classes.

Would you like a Specialized Class for Your Group?

In addition to the classes on the current schedule, State of the Heart Fitness is available for hire to teach a specialized exercise class to your group either at the Loews or your location!
