Coaching Programs

phone-coach State of the Heart Fitness’ Coaching Programs are different from Personal Training. Our Coaching Programs are set 4, 8, or 12 week programs with scheduled weekly 30-55 minute sessions that are done via the Phone/Skype with Email support. These specially focused and intensive programs are for people in any location that are committed to making progress & movement in some aspect of their life in the next 3 months.

Fitness/Wellness Coaching

Fitness/Wellness Coaching is about making exercise and other lifestyle/wellness choices a natural and integrated part of your everyday life. No more excuses or reasons to let yourself fall into disappointment.

With Fitness/Wellness Coaching you will brainstorm and strategize with your coach to make a weekly, realistic exercise/wellness plan that provides the accountability and support so you find and develop your own self-efficacy and empowerment that will allow you to stay on track with your health & fitness goals.

If you’ve struggled with starting and subsequently falling off your exercise programs in the past, try it. You have the power to do it, sometimes we just need the right kind of coaching to make it happen.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching is a nutritional/eating coaching program depending on your specific health issues, needs and goals. Whether you have heart disease, GI issues, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, anxiety, depression, menopausal issues or any other physical ailments that need proper nutrition for healing (food is medicine), nutritional coaching is for you.

Nutritional Programs can be in the form of a food-based detox/cleanse that can re-set and re-vitalize your body so that you can achieve greater energy levels, more vibrancy, and healthier and stronger on every level!

Heart Coaching

Heart Coaching is about getting to the Heart of our “stuff” that keeps us from living fully alive and well! What is the stuff that is literally “weighing” us down and why? Are we living and expressing our passions and talents to the fullest? Do you know there’s something more inside yourself that is waiting to come out? Do you feel like you are selling yourself short?
