State of the Heart Fitness periodically provides specialized Wellness Retreats at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel including in surrounding locals and international locations as well. These Wellness Retreats & Adventure Travel Retreat/Trips encompass and touch upon the body, mind, spirit aspects of well-being.

In 2010 State of the Heart Fitness trained a group of 7 courageous clients (from ages 39-65) to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru! It was an adventure than challenged one on every level and the reward and experience of accomplishment is one that no words can describe!
